Q1. Why did you choose Hoshino Resorts?

My name is Hinano Tsuchiya from the KAI Alps Service Team. She will be joining the company in April 3, which will be her third year.

Originally, I was looking at other industries when I was looking for a job, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, things didn't go so well, and people around me, including my friends and family, told me, ``The customer service industry is perfect for me!'' ”, so I started looking into Hoshino Resorts. I used to work part-time as a customer service worker, so I loved customer service, and I also found it very appealing that the staff at the workplace had a lot of discretion and my opinions were respected.

Q2. Current work content and motivation

In my daily work, I mainly deal with customers as the person in charge of the front desk. For me, it's really rewarding to actually talk to customers about tourism, to be able to help them in some way, and to see them smile when I talk to them. Other than that, I am in charge of facility publicity and local music. ``Gojiraku'' is a KAI brand that conveys to customers the charm of the area, but at KAI Alps, the concept is ``deep country experience in the hearth'', and the owner of the hearth serves tea to the customers. , our customers have had the experience of talking to each other. Through the Irori hearth experience, we change the offerings and the atmosphere depending on the season, so we discuss the seasonal items and operations with the owner of the Irori over and over again.

Q3. What is unique about Hoshino Resorts?

I think Hoshino Resorts is unique in that people of different ages and employment types come together to work as a team, and when I express my opinion to my seniors, my opinion is respected, and my juniors also respect it. I feel that Hoshino Resorts is unique in that this environment allows people to express their opinions without hesitation, which makes the meetings really enjoyable.

Q4. How do you spend your holidays?

On my days off, I often drive around in my car and go sightseeing around the area. For example, I can go anywhere within 3 and a half hours by car, but if it's far, I'll drive to Niigata and then go sightseeing to Sado Island, or within Nagano Prefecture, I'll go to Utsukushigahara, Tateshina, etc. We also went to see the monkeys at the famous Jigokudani Monkey Park. I also like to travel to various places with my friends and peers during the holidays, but I also like going to Hoshino Resorts facilities, and there are 6 facilities in the Hoshino Resorts world, and Hoshinoya is domestic. We have conquered all XNUMX facilities! I think I am having a meaningful time as I am learning a lot.
