Q. Why did you choose Hoshino Resorts?

My name is Shohei Masuzawa, Villager's Restaurant. He joined the company in April 2018, and this year will be his 6th year at the company.

The reason I chose Hoshino Resorts was because I didn't really have many dreams or hopes before working, and after hearing from my mentor that ``every job comes with 'service,''' I wanted to enjoy providing services. I thought it would be possible to learn at Hoshino Resorts, which led me to choose Hoshino Resorts.

Q. Current work content and motivation

My job involves providing restaurant services, and I am responsible for everything from providing information to customers, serving them, and paying the bills. In terms of other work, each person has a determined role, and as a service leader, I support everyone, train members, and decide on service policies. I find it rewarding to listen to everyone's advice and support everyone, and to make customers smile.

Q. What makes Hoshino Resorts unique?

I would like to be able to receive support from my boss and other members that is tailored to each person's concerns, and I would like to take on many challenges as I work for a long time, but each person is given the same opportunity to take on such challenges. I think this is what makes Hoshino Resorts unique.

Q. how to spend the holidays

On my days off, I'm a member of Village Diner, I go out with my classmates who joined Hoshino Resorts, and I like cafes with a calm atmosphere, so I like to go around cafes. Recently, three of my classmates went out to OMO7 Osaka for one night, and we went to about three cafes in one day.
