| Job Description | The source of Hoshino Resorts' competitiveness lies in the way it works as a service team. The service team is unique in that it handles all operational tasks without dividing them into separate parts, from product development (concept) to product delivery (implementation). Basic duties include front desk service, restaurant service, room cleaning, and cooking, and by multitasking, you will have many points of contact with customers. Based on insights gained from various customer contact points and the results of customer satisfaction analysis, we work as a team to create new attractions and design and improve operations to enhance the guest experience. In the work of the service team, emphasis is placed on being based on marketing theory as per the textbook, and all staff are expected to always have a management perspective and make their own decisions and take action. Using this unique system as a competitive advantage, we aim to continue providing value to all stakeholders involved with Hoshino Resorts with an ultimate customer focus.
