[A first in the tourism industry!] Year-round recruitment begins, allowing students of all years to participate in the selection process, toward "student-led job hunting"

Hoshino Resorts, which operates 72 facilities in Japan and overseas under the theme of "making travel fun," will begin "year-round student-led recruitment, where students decide their own selection schedule" from October 1, 2024, as a new industry-first (*10) initiative in recruiting new graduates. Under this system, students can participate in the selection process regardless of their academic year, even in their first or second year of university. Another feature is that students can decide their own selection schedule, not at the convenience of the company. Regardless of before or after the selection process, we offer year-round programs to deepen your understanding of Hoshino Resorts through seminars and internships and determine whether you can work in a way that suits your values. By building an equal relationship between students and companies and confirming the match between them, we aim to provide recruitment activities that allow students to take a step into society after a job search and selection that they are satisfied with.

1. Students can participate in the selection process at any time, regardless of their year of study.

For new graduate recruitment, even first and second year university students can participate in the selection process regardless of their year of study. We believe that the timing at which students gain a deeper understanding of themselves and companies, which is necessary for job hunting, differs from person to person regardless of their year of study, so we have made it possible for students to apply at their own timing when they want to participate in the selection process.

2. We offer a wide variety of programs to help you find the right match between you and the company

Throughout the year, we offer seminars and internships that students can participate in at any time. From seminars to learn about Hoshino Resorts' work and values, to seminars where staff active in the field talk about the charms of the region, you can freely participate according to your personal interests and concerns. We also offer a one-day work experience program that allows you to experience the characteristics of Hoshino Resorts that you may not know. If you would like to gain more experience, you can spend the preparation period before joining the company as a part-timer. These opportunities can be participated in either before or after the selection application. Hoshino Resorts wants to create opportunities for continued contact with the company even after the selection process has begun, so that you can confirm whether you can work in a way that suits your values ​​after joining the company.

3. Selection schedule determined by students themselves

Hoshino Resorts allows students to decide all selection schedules, including the deadline for responding to employment offers. Unlike the fixed schedule of mass recruitment, students have ample time to confirm their match with the company. Hoshino Resorts believes that in order for each individual to make a decision that they are satisfied with, they need time to consider according to their own circumstances, so they allow students to choose when to participate in the selection process and the pace at which they proceed with the selection process.

Freely selectable start date

New graduates can choose to join the company in April, June, October, or February.
