Comprehensive training

We provide appropriate training for each department and support you so that you can work with confidence.

  • Customer service department

    We will conduct basic customer service skills training and learn customer service etiquette, including personal appearance. It is safe even for those with no experience.

  • Food and beverage service department

    In addition to giving lectures on techniques specific to food and beverage services, we also provide support through role-playing and other activities so that you can confidently perform in front of customers.

Transportation expenses paid

  • If using public transportation: Full round-trip transportation expenses will be covered.
  • If commuting by private car: If the distance to your home is up to 30km one way, we will compensate you in full, subject to fluctuations in gas prices.

Cases other than those listed above will be decided after consultation.

Uniform loan

Special uniforms are available. Uniforms vary by unit, and some units may have to provide their own uniforms. Please confirm the details during your interview.
We also have a system in place to have our uniforms cleaned in-house so that you can always wear clean uniforms to work.

Social insurance

In order to protect our employees and their families, we require all employees who are expected to work regular working hours to enroll in social insurance.

Full allowance guaranteed in minute increments

Working hours are processed in minute increments, and wages, overtime pay, late night work pay, etc. are paid. In the case of overtime or late night work, 1% of the wage will be added to the basic salary.

Hoshino Onsen Tombo no Yu, a 100% hot spring bath for beautiful skin, is available free of charge to employees and their families. We hope that many of our employees will use this service to relieve their daily fatigue.

Fully equipped dormitory for short-term staff

For employees from far away who will be hired for a short period of time between April and November, we have prepared a single dormitory equipped with Wi-Fi. The room has a key. The common spaces are the bathroom, toilet and kitchen.

Evaluation salary increase system

At Hoshino Resorts, based on the concept of equal pay for equal work, pay increases for part-time employees are determined based on a fair evaluation system at the time of renewal. For those who have worked hard, we will reward you well.

Long-term service commendation

It publicizes the efforts and achievements of employees throughout the company, and it is a way for the company to express its gratitude directly to the employees. Awards will be given every 10 years, including partner employees, for 20, 30, and 10 years, and the supplementary prize will be an invitation to a favorite inn or hotel at Hoshino Resorts with the employees and their families.
