What kind of work have you done and what do you find rewarding about it?
Since joining the company, I have been working as part of the service team, doing everything from serving dinner and breakfast, check-in, and cleaning rooms.
In addition to my work as a member of the service team for the past six years, I also planned S-pro and training, and was involved in food and beverage, and gained a lot of experience, and after six years at the company, I finally had the courage to take on the challenge of opening a hotel. I also felt a connection with the opening of KAI Oku-Hida this time, as my hometown is in the Tokai area, and finally applied for the job. My dream came true, and I was able to be involved in the opening of KAI Oku-Hida, and I was also given the role of public relations for the facility. I feel the attention and expectations of people in Nagoya and Gifu, as well as the attention from the media, from the interviews I receive every day, and although I am nervous, I feel that I am able to express the area and the hard work of this wonderful facility to customers in the Tokai area and all over the country through the media, and I find it very enjoyable and rewarding to work on this project.
