"Coexistence with nature" has been a priority for Hoshino Resorts since its founding.
During the work experience, you will be able to listen to staff members talk about the "environmental management" that Hoshino Resorts has implemented.
We offer tours that allow you to see areas that are not open to the public.
We will also hold group work sessions where you can experience working at Hoshino Resorts.
When the results of your group work are presented, you will also receive feedback from staff active in Karuizawa!

Participation conditions: All grades, all faculties, all departments.

Number of participants for each session: 5 to 10 people
