[Advance reservation required] "Seasonal Omakase" course menu featuring popular dishes from the Village Dining Hall

At Sonmin Shokudo, we have started accepting reservations for our "seasonal chef's choice" course menu. We offer local Shinshu dishes such as Sanzoku-yaki and Wagyu beef shabu-shabu seasoned with Japanese pepper. Families with children and groups can feel free to dine in the "Nagoya no Ma" sunken kotatsu on the second floor.

- Season's greetings (8 kinds of appetizers, sashimi, horse meat sashimi)
- Grilled Sanzoku with Miso Salad
- Wagyu beef hotpot with Japanese pepper and soba noodles
- Hot spring egg pudding
We also have a children's menu available (kids' plates with fried chicken, fried shrimp, hamburger steak, etc., mini curry, and corn soup).
