When hot espresso is poured over soft serve ice cream, which is reminiscent of the cold snow of Karuizawa, the cold and hot blend together perfectly, creating a dish that warms both the body and the soul.

The soft serve ice cream is accompanied by crunchy apple chips. These apples were grown using composted apple soil that was used in Tombo no Yu's seasonal apple bath. You can enjoy the gentle sweetness and aroma of locally produced ingredients. This is a special affogato that can only be enjoyed here.
