We will be holding the Stardust Ice Rink, a new skating experience that immerses you in a fantastical light installation. The opening hours of the Keraike Ice Rink will be extended until 17:XNUMX p.m., and the glittering installation decorations will sparkle at dusk. You can also enjoy hot drinks inspired by the winter starry sky, and live harp music for a limited number of days.

A world of twinkling stars in the forest at dusk

The entire space of the Keraike Skating Rink will be decorated with lights, creating an installation that weaves light with the richness of nature. The theme is "Mystery of the Forest." Small islands are dotted around the pond in the forest, and the trees will be decorated with stars, buds, and jewels. The buds are shaped like drops of water, and the jewels are shaped like ice crystals, expressing the way water crystallizes into ice. The light emitted from the mirror ball reflects in the trees, sparkling like countless beautiful stardust.

The main object, which is the symbol of the installation, is an abstract design of a person with hands clasped together. Keraike Skating Rink is located in the lush forests of Karuizawa, and the design is imbued with respect for nature. You can enjoy a unique skating experience in a fantastical space enveloped in a variety of brilliantly shining lights.

Live Irish harp performances will be held for a limited time. In the clear winter air, the sparkle of ice crystals and stardust will harmonize with the gentle sound of the harp. Enjoy a special and uplifting time with the beautiful scenery woven by light and ice in nature.

The adjacent cafe sells a winter-only white cocoa. It is decorated with latte art reminiscent of the winter starry sky, sprinkled with alazan to represent twinkling stars. You can enjoy the drink not only inside the store, but also on the benches built on the ice.
