At the Village Dining Hall, we will be serving luxurious hotpots that are only available during this season, and we look forward to your visit.

We would like to introduce a menu that includes four types of hot pots with a unique touch that is characteristic of our restaurant, along with a recommended final dish. The four types of hot pots for one person can also be combined with your favorite four final dishes as individual dishes. Enjoy the hot pots however you like, with a soft-boiled egg, cheese, or additional meat.
During the hot pot fair, in addition to hot pot, we will be offering three popular set meals and a la carte dishes.

Wagyu beef hotpot with Japanese pepper and soba noodles 3,900 yen

This hot pot allows you to enjoy fatty Wagyu beef with fragrant mushrooms and seasonal vegetables. The umami of the mushrooms seeps into the kelp broth, creating a deep flavor. Sansho pepper, which adds a spicy accent to the flavor, is served separately. Please enjoy as much as you like. Shabu-shabu the Wagyu beef and wrap it with mushrooms and mizuna, which is in season from winter.

Throwing soba 2,190 yen

This is a specialty hot pot at Sonmin Shokudo, which can be enjoyed in the style of Shinshu's local dish "Touji Soba." The broth made from bonito and kelp, seven kinds of fragrant mushrooms, and meatballs that you add yourself create a deep flavor similar to a combination broth. Place the soba in a basket, "toss" it into the hot pot, heat it up, and enjoy.

Beef tripe hotpot and Chinese noodles 190 yen

The aroma of garlic will whet your appetite in this beef tripe hotpot. The deep-flavored hotpot base is made with Shinshu miso and white miso, and you can enjoy the fatty beef tripe together with plenty of crunchy chives, cabbage, and other vegetables. This hotpot will warm you up, making it the perfect winter dish.

Seafood miso chige and udon 2,500 yen

Seafood such as shrimp, scallops, and Japanese octopus are served in a spicy miso chige. It is a rich and luxurious dish made with Shinshu miso. The seafood broth is full of flavor, allowing you to enjoy the bounty of the sea until the very end.
