A coffee specialty store founded in Karuizawa. We always have about 20 types of aromatic, high-quality coffee made with carefully selected ingredients. Buyer Maruyama personally tours overseas farms and tastes them, and only uses carefully selected coffee beans that he purchases from auctions and excellent farms. We also sell drip bags and beans that are popular as souvenirs. The store also has a bookstore. Grab a book or sit on the terrace in the trees. Please enjoy a relaxing time with coffee.

Harunire Terrace Blend (medium-dark roast)

It is characterized by its gentle sweetness and smooth taste, inspired by a large Japanese elm tree. Enjoy an extraordinary experience by drinking coffee on the terrace where you can enjoy Karuizawa's seasonal nature.

Maruyama Coffee Original Tiramisu Langue de Chat

A tiramisu-inspired sweet that combines carefully selected cream cheese and aromatic coffee. We have many repeat customers and are very popular as souvenirs.

Maruyama Coffee Original Coffee Baumkuchen Hard

A hard type Baumkuchen with a coffee aroma. Made with Maruyama Coffee's concentrated coffee blend and espresso medium-dark roast powder, it is coated with coffee fondant (sugar coating) for a crispy exterior and a moist texture on the inside.

Our thoughts

You can enjoy high-quality coffee in a place surrounded by nature. We have increased the number of terrace seats since 23, so that more people can enjoy the rich nature and coffee.
The manager's recommended coffee is the Harunire Terrace Blend (medium-dark roast), which is exclusive to our store. It has a flavor reminiscent of a large Japanese elm tree, and is perfect for drinking outside. The packaging is also cute, making it a popular souvenir.
