We have prepared a rich broth with moist, tender and flavorful duck loin and filling duck meatballs. Enjoy the fragrant 100% buckwheat soba noodles with the duck broth.

"Touji Soba" is soba noodles served in a hot pot in a "Touji Basket". This is a typical Shinshu style soba noodle dish that can be enjoyed by adding chicken meatballs at your preferred timing to a flavorful hot pot made with several kinds of mushrooms.

Autumn Shinshu colorful gozen 3,600 yen

The signature dish of the Sonmin Shokudo restaurant, the "Shinshu Colorful Gozen" is now available for autumn. In addition to beef sukiyaki, this gozen allows you to enjoy the flavors of Shinshu all at once, including seasonal vegetables, mushrooms, and Shinshu salmon.

Autumn bukkake soba with layered walnut sauce　1,680JPY

Soba noodles topped with Maitake mushroom tempura and other kinds of mushrooms. First, pour the bonito broth over it for a refreshing taste. The rich walnut sauce hidden at the bottom of the bowl can be mixed to your liking to enjoy the different flavors.

Enjoy fragrant 100% buckwheat noodles made from stone-ground buckwheat flour, along with tempura of marbled oyster mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, and other mushrooms.
